| Nestled in the green rolling hills in the mild climate of Ventura County, California, we are located on 20+ acres with ample privacy. The barn has 20 box stalls (12 x 12), each with StableComfort mattress flooring, including a comfortable layer of low-dust shavings on top. Stalls are cleaned twice a day, and we feed three times a day (including administering any necessary supplements or medications). The barn is equipped with a top-of-the-line Fly-Guard system, a fully-furnished examining room with x-ray illuminator, four large grooming bays, an indoor wash rack with heated water, and an indoor covered farrier area with direct vehicle access. We also have two large in & outs, a foaling stall (12 x 24), 9 turn-outs of various sizes, a round pen, and our prized 60-foot EuroXciser. Our heated Hydro-Horse Aqua Treadmill is ideal in cases where your horse must be exercised without bearing full weight. |
